As a former US Army MP and Milwaukee Police Officer, Attorney Harness has always been proud to protect and serve. He carries on this strong tradition as a consumer rights advocate specializing in bankruptcy law. Attorney Harness received his undergraduate degree cum laude from Concordia University, and his law degree from Marquette University. He is a graduate of “Max Gardner’s Bankruptcy Litigation Bootcamp”. He currently serves as regional co-counsel for the National Consumer Bankruptcy Litigation Center, and is a proud member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. Recent legal victories include In re Crego and In re Reinstein. Attorney Harness is listed as 2008 Wisconsin Rising Star in SuperLawyers Magazine.
