Personal Financial Reorganization Chapter 13!

Earlier today, American Airlines announced its parent company is filing for bankruptcy  protection.  The company is seeking bankruptcy protection under Chapter 11.  Families can seek the same bankruptcy protection under Chapter 13.  Filing for bankruptcy protection is just as it seems.  It will protect you  and your assets from your creditors while you reorganize your finances.

Just like American Airlines there will be some creditors that will be paid in full.  But, there will also be creditors that will not get paid at all.  All while the bankruptcy court protects what is yours.  There are many misconceptions or myths surrounding bankruptcy; one is that you must surrender all your assets in order to get the protection of the bankruptcy laws.  That is simply false!

If you are experiencing financial problems call my office at 414-647-2222.  I’ll go through your situation and give you good honest advice.  I may even let you pet Elvis, the office dog.  Please don’t wait until your creditors take assets you could have protected.
